The hotel was excellent and very affordable for the price. It was situated in a very good location with nearby access to metro stations and trams. The breakfast was very nice and always fresh. And most of all the rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Just a brief mention of the very friendly and very helpful staff and receptionists.

Good & safe location. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good heating system. There is an elevator as well which is helpful. Breakfast is just about ok as there was no signage’s for the food that was placed so did not know what some food where. Choices were limited. Reception is not 24 hours. There is a grocery store almost right next to the hotel which is very handy. Overall it’s a good hotel.

Check in was quite longer than usually, but the receptions was really kind and explained everything. Breakfast was great. Lovely choice of traditional Czech breakfast items, teas and avarsge coffee. Only one issue was with water pressure in shower and blocked sink.

We purchased a cheap get away break on groupon, expecting the hotel to be poor. This hotel is actually very nice! It only has a small lobby/front desk area but the room we had must of been the biggest! It was clean, upto date and warm! Staff were very friendly! It included breakfast, which wasn’t exactly an english breakfast, but thats ok as we weren’t in england lol. Its a few hundred yards away from the nearest tram stop which took us straight into town. Overall, value for money was excellent and I would definitely recommend.

Beautifully presented hotel. Clean, fresh, smart. Good sized room - amazingly comfortable bed and bedding - we slept so well! Well stocked and affordable mini bar. Great amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy 20 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast until 10am - great for a leisurely start to the day and a lovely selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend for couples, families and individual travellers alike!
